About the Role:
As our Junior UX Designer, you’ll work closely with senior team members and diverse clients to design user-centric solutions. You’ll have the chance to collaborate, learn, and take ownership of projects that challenge you and help you grow your skills while making a real impact on our business and the clients we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with clients across various industries to understand user needs, business goals, and project objectives.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate ideas and iterate on solutions.
- Contribute to design system creation and maintenance to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques to sharpen your skills and contribute ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
- A portfolio that demonstrates your UX/UI design process, including problem-solving and final outcomes (academic projects, internships, or personal projects welcome).
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn through feedback.
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a passion for solving real-world design challenges.
- Bonus: Experience with front-end development, animation, or conducting user research.
Work Schedule:
While this is a remote position, our team works on a Pacific Time schedule (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday). Applicants must be available during these hours.
